Ida Nadi is the feminine channel and corresponds to the left side of the body. The Ida Nadi governs our past, emotions, and memory. The Ida Nadi Talisman has a crescent moon symbol at the end of the lariat charm to represent the channel of feminine energy flow in the body.
Pingala Nadi is the masculine channel that corresponds to the right side of the body. Pingala Nadi governs our future, actions, and our physical and mental activity. The Pingala Nadi Talisman has a sunray symbol at the end of the lariat charm to represent the channel of masculine energy flow in the body.
Sushumna Nadi is the middle channel that corresponds to our present and gives us balance. The Sushumna Nadi Talisman has a charm that has an equal balance of round, feminine symbols, and sunray components to represent the central channel of balanced energy flow in the body.
