Custom work is a collaborative, selective process for those seeking a piece with lasting meaning and intention.
Each design is developed with precision, restraint, and a focus on longevity, created to be lived in and carried through personal evolution.
Considering a Custom Piece?
Begin by filling out the Custom Jewelry Design Questionnaire.
Your submission will be reviewed to ensure alignment with my design approach. If it’s a good fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a consultation.
HOW THE CUSTOM PROCESS WORKS
Step One
SUBMIT YOUR IDEA
Begin by completing the design questionnaire. This provides the foundation for understanding your vision, timeline, and budget.
Each submission is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment in aesthetic, scope, and materials. If accepted, we move forward into a consultation.
Step Two
CONSULTATION
After reviewing your questionnaire, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision in more depth. This is where we refine direction, align on priorities, and address any questions before moving into the design phase.
Consultations are held virtually or in person at my Missoula showroom.
Following the consultation, I'll send you a consultation recap so we have everything we've discussed clearly written and you'll sign my contract and pay a $500 design fee to get started.
Step Three
DESIGN
After your $500 design fee is paid, I create a series of concepts to establish the overall direction of the piece. These renderings are not to exact scale, but are intended to refine the proportion, silhouette, and design language before production begins.
The process includes up to three rounds of revisions, allowing the design to evolve thoughtfully and intentionally.
Once the design is finalized, a CAD fee is applied to produce a precise, to-scale computer rendering. This technical model acts as the final blueprint for production. CAD fees typically range from $300–600 depending on the complexity of the design.
Step Four
PRODUCTION
Once the design is finalized and approved, your piece moves into production at which point no more design changes can be made.
You may choose to pay in full before production begins or 50% upfront to initiate production, with the remaining balance plus any applicable shipping due upon completion.
Your piece is crafted with a focus on structural integrity, long-term wearability, and refined finish.
Step Five
COMPLETION
Your piece is completed, inspected, and delivered, ready to be worn daily and held onto for years.
