Shipping policy

Fulfillment

Each piece of jewelry is carefully and individually made by hand. Please allow for some variance in stone shape and size and tone of metal from what is pictured, these are just the natural variances in handmade jewelry. 

Please allow 1-4 weeks to make your order. This time frame depends on the amount of orders ahead of yours as well as the availability of materials. Feel free to reach out by contacting Claire at Adorn to Rise prior to ordering if you have a deadline and I will do my best to accommodate.

Shipping

Domestic orders ship via the shipping provider of your choosing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tacking number to keep an eye on your package. Make sure you use an address that is safe and secure as I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are sent. Most domestic packages take 3-5 days in transit once shipped. 

International orders ship via the DHL. You will receive tracking info for the length of time it is transiting through the U.S. and all the way to you. I am not responsible for any taxes or import fees your country may charge. Those are fees determined by your country and are based on the price of the merchandise shipped to you.
