Adorn to Rise is Hiring a Part-Time Marketing and Admin Assistant

 Position Overview

Adorn to Rise is an independently owned, intention-based jewelry brand focusing on adorning aspirational people with meaningful jewelry to empower their journey. 

I am currently seeking a Marketing and Admin Assistant to create email and social media graphics, keep the website updated, manage inventory, update customer info, and establish and maintain customer relationships online. The ideal candidate is excited to support a small business owner, is open to learning new things, and can organize and prioritize lots of tasks at once. Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, Shopify, and/or Klayvio is a plus!

 Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Meeting weekly to brainstorm ideas and discuss the marketing plan
Using Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Chat to communicate and share info
Creating graphics on Canva using branded colors, fonts, and provided images Keeping all graphics, photos, and documents organized
Adding customer info to Klayvio and creating segments and lists
Creating opt-in and thank you pages for email list building 
Creating and editing marketing emails in Klayvio
Auditing existing sequences to keep them up to date and aligned with our marketing
Resizing and repurposing content to be shared across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, the website, etc.)
Performing regular website audits
Updating and writing product descriptions that are SEO optimized
Adding alt tags and meta descriptions to Shopify
Updating inventory amounts on Shopify
Responding to comments on Instagram and customer inquiries via email
Reaching out to warm leads via email/text/DM
Reaching out to retailers for wholesale partnerships and trunk show opportunities
Tracking all conversations with retailers with regular follow up

I am one woman operation running a jewelry brand that currently sells online and at in person events but  wants to grow into the wholesale market. 

I am looking for second in command that is reliable, highly communicative, and can deliver on various marketing and communication projects.
Once hired, you will undergo a 3 month trial period to make sure this is a good fit for the both of us. 

This is a part-time, freelance position but can easily grow into a bigger position as the business grows. 

Work can be done remotely, hours are flexible, and pay depends on experience.
